    Hi,

Recently I've changed my HD for a better one and I've installed Sorbet using Disk Utility from another Sorbet via firewire disk. So I've created a new Sorbet on the 3rd partition after 1 GB boot partition and leaving some free space in the middle for a 2nd Morph partition.
So I was installing Morph OS from CD, but I've realized the small 128 MB padding partition is present only before the first smallest partition and missing before the Sorbet partition.
Now, according a guide I'm using there are more 128MB padding partitions, while in my case Sorbet only one at the beginning. I know that the 128 MB area is important for somehow reason. So can I install it in the middle or is going to corrupt all the disk? Isn't better to create a second partition from Sorbet Disk Utility and than change it to FFS from HDTool instead of leaving free space for HDTool? Thank you!

PS I'm using Apple Partition table is it correct?

Yep, but anyway I've installed it leaving some free space in the between just in case. There's a lot of room this new hard drive.

Unfortunately dual boot sorbet and morphos cannot be done
dualboot morphos and tiger/leopard works fine
My group and I spent weeks of work trying to live together but I don't know why it can't be done
I'm forced to have sorbet on an external hardisk connected to firewire

Really? I did it starting from Sorbet as 3rd partition. I left some free GB between Morphos and Sorbet.

Perfect, I'd like to do the same, just not the time right now. I currently have a triple boot and if I install sorbet, then maybe there will be a quad boot :)
