I made good progress by tweaking the UI to my likings - thanks to the excellent advice on this forums.

Now, I got another thing, I´d like to change:

How can I permanently change the "default folder icon"? (like when you create a new drawer/folder)
Is there a way to globally change all existing and future "default folders" to the new icon?

You can change default icons in SYS:Prefs/Presets/Deficons/ (SYS:Prefs/Presets/Deficons/def_drawer.info for the "folder icon").

The path can also be changed from "Ambient Settings -> Miscellaneous -> Default Icons" if you want to make different setups...
