MorphOS Storage is a 3rd party web service and WHDLOpener is a 3rd party software solution. They aren't "officially" related to the operating system or to the MorphOS Team.
I did install WHDLOpener to a fresh MorphOS installation not too long ago, but maybe I had installed the SDK before, because I didn't have any issues and it was a breeze.
