If you still have a 3.13 CD at hand you might want to try if that show the same issue.
Booting from the 3.13 CD shows the IDE drive, and I can install 3.13, which I did yesterday.
The 120GB drive, I think it is original one. But no problems before, with OSX yesterday.
The machine did not move, the harddrive boots normally, no thicking or slow response.
