When I originally started playing with MorphOS, I only used the live cd. I then went full blown and did dual install with 10.5 and MorphOS on my iMac G5 iSight.

The speed and responsiveness of MorphOS is just in another league.

I eventually opened the iMac and swapped the HDD for a SSD for my special OS.
Now it's the only OS on my iMac and I'm really in love.

I would however not agree with the Crysalis pack. Yes, it sets everything up for you ( and changes the look ( one thing I didn't like )), but ...

Taking the time to learn the OS and all its nice hidden features has been really great. Also everything and I mean EVERYTHING can be tweaked to your liking.

Slowly but surely I've build up my OS to look / work and feel the way I like it. The guys on IRC has been absolutely fantastic and they are really helpful for a non-Amiga user. You can even chat directly with the developers
