Most likely no (OWB would rather crash if it ran out of mem, but to be sure you could activate the memory gauge screenbar - Right click on a depth gadget in upper right corner of the desktop screen and choose a "Memory" module - that will show your used/free memory on the main bar). Can you please share a link of a problematic website?
EDIT: Oh, and you should probably read some
first step guide if you're not really used to Amiga-ish operating systems.
