Next step is to boot from the MorphOS-CD and install it on these 2 partitions, with the newly created HFS-partition being the boot partition. The boot-sector gets overwritten in this process, so you need have your bootable Linux iso ready. You can edit yaboot.conf and use ybin from the iso.

I understand, how to install MOS to the two new partitions, I believe.
But can you be more precise on how to re-configure/edit yaboot.conf from the ubuntu live-cd?
