Depends what "Alt-Tabbing" means...
If you just want to activate next window with alt-tab combination, set it in MorphOS Preferences -> IControl -> Hotkeys -> Active Window: Activate Next (select Sample from right side button and hit your wanted key combination).
If you want some sort of graphical menu of the opened windows then you could define "All Windows: Depth Menu" from the same settings.
BTW. you can get the same menu when right clicking the rightmost gadget on any window too.

Change fonts to be more suitable to lower resolutions? Bitmap fonts will be better than scalable ones IMHO.
