I wanted to instal Wazp3d when I ralized that I need to:

    copy Wazp3D.library-morphos TO MOSSYS:Libs/Warp3D.library , and then,
    copy Wazp3DPPC.library-morphos TO MOSSYS:Libs/Warp3DPPC.library

When I realized that I can't find thw Warp3D library in SYS:Libs/. I always assume that Warp3D was part of the normal installation of MOS, in my case 3.7.

If I need to install Warp3D first, where I can fin the appropiate version for MOS?

Thank you in advance for your responses.

I double checked it, and the readme says nothing about any Warp3D library in SYS:Libs. Just copy the two files you've mentioned in your post, and you will be done with the installation.
This is just like television, only you can see much further.

As you wrote yourself, it is in MOSSYS:Libs/. That's where it is to be substituted by Wazp3D.

MorphOS comes with Goa3D, which is a reimplementation of Warp3D.

You don't, and nowhere is it implied that you would.
