Apparently, outlook.com has the MorphOS Team email server blacklisted, so trying to register with an email address served by them is problematic. (hotmail.com, live.com, etc.)
Likewise, "hotmail.com" and "live.com" email addresses have been banned here on MorphZone for new user registrations for years as this helped to cut down spam registrations by quite a bit.
