Isn't there a comidity somewhere called "Click to Front" that allow a window to be brought to the front by clicking anywhere on it?

No need for separate commodity for these kinds of things, check the IControl settigs from the main preferfences. You can define hotkeys/buttons to bring windows to front, send windows to back, and what's cool, you can set a key to bring/send whole window families at once (all windows of one program at once).
