Both OSs have their strenghts and weaknesses of course but the MorphOS SDK is kept quite up to date in recent years, particularly when it comes to gcc, binutils and so on. I would argue that the major weakness MorphOS has when it comes to its development infrastructure is documentation, but to some extent that weakness is probably shared with AROS.
