    IXPipe: why is the name of the Device different from Dos "Pip: ?

    Alias can it be used to make IXPipe: and Pip: seen as the same?

    I guess IXPIPE: behaves a bit differently to PIPE: because the former is for ixemul.library apps (POSIX ports), so it was tuned for that purpose, while PIPE: is for native API apps.
