Order of the Butterfly

It works here with the 'trick', even after starting OWB.
-Reboot
-start OWB
-Open global MUI prefs
-Checking the About, and scrolling through the classes list
-Close 'About'
-Go to TextEditor and use the slider, does not freeze.
