any idea why I am getting just a black screen on booting if I try to use a kickstart? I tried the one that I grab with grabkick from my A4000 and I tried one that I got from an A4000T. MOS is running and booting fine, but only if I use no kickstart and the fakesomething... :)

True A4000T got kick 40.7 and scsi integrated, A4000D doesn't have scsi and got a different kickstart 40.6x

The lastest release of MOS PuP is optimised for A4000T !
For A4000D, you'll need to do the tricks explaned in the ISO

Which tricks? And yes I made also test using my original kickstart 40.068 form the A4000 Desktop.

I just read again the hints in the manual, but I can not find anything about using a kickstart.

PLZ help, I want to get MOS running befor something other will be release. ;)

Why do you need a kickstart? Is really so important to you?

I think it is important, because I can use my diskdrive and paula... but I want to understand why it is working on an A4000T but not on an A4000D...

And maybe the norway.device will work better with kickstart? Just an idea...

I used so much time to find the SFS problem and now I can still not use MOS because I have no network connection. I described the problem in the norway thread. I send an email to Chris, but it seems that noone can help.

Hmm, I believe I can help you with paula and disk drive.
Download these files and put in you boot/external modules catalogue, reset the Amiga and after that you should hear the clicking ;)

As for Internet and USB problem I think that Platon is the only person who can help you.
