After, ahem, a minor outtage, the PowerUp registration server is now available again.

I'd like to thank Chain for testing that everything worked as it should after the server move.

    Enjoy!

    Minor outage. :-)

Anyway, THANKS man! :-D Now I can finally register and use it longer.

I think I can actually use MorphOS seriously now that I have it working properly.

    Thanks again. :-)

I had to bite my tongue a little when I'd seen in another post you'd returned to Denmark... I was hoping quietly for a post like this!

thank you very much bigfoot... I just need to wait for the 'monkeys' is it? ;) to finalise things and then I'll be able to test my mud codebases on Morphos...

hopefully Peg2 will shortly follow :D

The server seems to be down again. At least I am trying to register for 3 days already to no avail.

Anybody else experiencing the same problem?

    *LAST BUMP*

Apparently, registration of Morphos Powerup is still *not* possible.

Somebody please wake me up when the server is online again.

There is a banner there about registrations not being processed... You might try to contact the devs in person: they usually hang on the #morphos chan at irc.freenode.net .

    Kind regards,

Thanks, but doesn't that only apply for registrations for Pegasos I/II?
I thought that Morphos Powerup registration would be processed online and automatically.
It would be quite awkward if I have to wait until after Xmas-holidays to have the 2-hour restriction removed.

Now, if you enjoy it, I'd suggest to use that PayPal button present in the PowerUp site as soon as you reach 2h and 1' of continuous usage without any slowdown. ;)

    Kind regards,
    Andrea

    Bah, my reg went bad

Opened the regkey mail with Simplemail and the attachment (morphos.key) was just presented as text in the message.
    Have to reg again *frustrating*

Was it shown as part of the message, or a separate text attachment? If the latter it might work just right-clicking the text icon and select Save...

Anyway, please send the mail as a RAW (Mail->Show raw format... then Project->Save as...) file to support@morphos-team.net for further investigation.

Oh, and there should be no need to register again, you should be able to extract the keyfile manually from the raw mail even if SimpleMail fails to do so.

The Key was'nt as an attachment it was just shown as as lot of odd numbers/text in the message.
I did as you described but couldn't save when I viewed the mail in raw format..that option was ghosted
Is there still a chance to extract the key or should I just forward my mail to the support?

Ooops, yes, note down the path to the file opened in Multiview and copy that instead, the attachment should be encoded in such a way that you can extract it with the appropriate tool.

Either way, send that file to support anyway as we need to know what went wrong...

So, is there any other possibility to register mos pup in some other way?

I mean the server is still down.
It's a big obstacle 'cause on Saturday we are planning to bring A4000T to the Amimajowka in Krakow in order to present how Mos Pup works on it, as there were some rumours that Mos doesn't work at all on A4000T Escom ;)
