I can't get overlay output from my gfx card (VLAYER=DESTRUCTIVE tooltype is set)

Any suggestions ?

hummm! once a MOS crew, told me that CVisionPPC supports overlay.

Where have you got that tooltype?

Tried here but no way to run MPlayer in overlay mode. (nor FroggerMOS)

overlay mode in bvision is well known fact (and it works on Os3.9).

what app/player have you got running in overlay under AmigaOS/BVision?

FroggerNG for PUP/WOS with DISPLAY=VLAYER tooltype set

I am not sure MPlayer supports the special video format(s?) used by the BVision overlay emulation.
You should try Frogger, AMP and such old players which were tested on a Permedia2.
