My configuration is:
A1200 BlizzPPC 603e 200 Mhz Rev1 + Grex + Vodoo3 3000 on PCI Slot 3 + Audio Card ESS Solo-1 on PCI Slot 1 + Realtek 8029as on Slot 5 + PC TV Card on PCI Slot 2....

For a MorphOs's boot its needed for me that i must remove workbench.library if not after a first reboot i can only have a black screen....
Any other solution at this kind of problem?
When i boot without workbench.library i must remove also icon.library because my drawer is unreadable ( i.e.: my fisrt partition is seen as an PNG icon with an interrogative symbol....)

do you use the fakerom or your kick3.1 ?
before you started MOS PUP, did you start an another OS3.x with setpach ?
Which FS and which release did you use to install MOS ? (I used the old unpatched FFS that came from wb3.1)
Which MOS PUP ISO did you use ?
Which burning programms did you use ?
Have you checked the R/W/Exec flag of the files (some burning programms kill them) ?.
My GREX1200 (2 DMA) is equiped this way :
Slot 1 : Realtek 8029as
Slot 2 : ESS
Slot 3 :"free"
Slot 4 : TV+FM
Slot 5 : Voodoo

missing information: i have 96 mb ram.....
No setpatch on my startup-sequence.......
Only a partition with MorhpOs on DH0....
I used kick 3.1 and removed fakerom....
I am using SFS 1.236 and MorphOs 1.4.5 rel 4.....
Nero Burning Rom for MorphOs CD.....
Al flags RWED enabled for all files.....
No MapRom on my BlizzPPC at ESC Menu Flashed to 2.2...
I have Realtek 8029as 0n Slot 5 and when i can Boot MorphOs without workbench.library and icon.library i can use 68k driver for this device and these works well with D-Link GT604 ADSL Router....( by MiamiDX )

8029as works for me without trick also with 68k driver and MiamiDX with my Alcatel/Thomson Speedtouch 530 on AOL Network.

For your 96mb, go to Ebay belgium and look for discoVMax/effy (or get in touch with him on amiga.org), he has a lot of HP 128mb simms modules that work on BPPC.

That very much sounds like you're trying to use current version of MOS PUP (Rel4) downloadable from the site. Unfortunately a bug leaked into this Release, which prevents it to boot properly on most of the configurations. Try to put back Release 3 version of modules.com1 file, to make it properly boot on your config. If you don't have it, i can send it tou you, or maybe someone else is also able to send it.

We are planning at least one final update to 1.4.x PowerUP to solve this problem, among others.

I have just tried module1.com from rev. 3 of MorphOs 1.4.5 but with the same black screen after the first reboot avoided only removing workbench.library and icon.library...and using SMS 1.236.....

take all the BOOT folder from the rev3, and use a non SFS partition.
Have you tried to boot first on an overpatch OS3.9 before launching MOS ?

I have another Hard Disk for MorphOS with 2 partitions...one for Sys and another for testing software under MorphOs....

FINALLY BOOTING without any problem here......
As have you said i replaced all BOOT Drawer with the one of MorphOs 1.4.5 Rev3....and with SMS 1.227 ( i'll try 1.236 for testing... ) finally booted with first MorphOs logo and then Ambient screen.....

I have tried 1.236 and is all OK....no luck with 1.254 after the first reeboot i have a black screen......
