I can get MorphOS to bootup ok, but cant get it to see my GVP IO board. The driver ordinarlily goes into the Expansion directory but there is no Expansion directory with MorphOS. Anyone know how I can get MorphOS to see gvpser.device? Thanks.
The GVPIO installer put's GVPIO in the expansion directory and the docs say it has to be there. It's not a mountable device like you find in devs:dosdrivers, it's not an executable either. It's a file that contains the tooltypes for baud rate, buffers, etc. Just in case someone else needs to know, a different version of the command Binddrivers does work. I'm pretty sure that binddrivers looks for the GVPIO file in the expansion dir. Yes, it is a Zorro expansion card with 2 serial and 1 parallel port. I finally got Miami to see gvpser.device and submit my registration! 3 cheers for the guy that suggested binddrivers!
