install morphos problem

    hello

    i have a problem with install morphos, i open my pegasos then i insert cd with mos 1.4.5 after i type boot /pci/cd boot.img

    on screen show me start and find cd rom and then strat load cd and after some sec stop to load and stuck on load screen :(

    anyone help me?

    i have try and other cd and other version of mos i have the some problem :(

    You're probably booting with the wrong boot image. If you have a pegasos1, it should be bootpeg1.img or so.

    hello again

    the fab have right i have boot with wrong boot image :)

    now i have other problem , i have make partitions 1 ffs and other 2 sfs and one of this is boot, i have made format on all partitions, i have install successful the morphos but when boot from hd the boot stuck always on morphos logo anyone know something to help me?

    That can happen when you have USB massstorage device connected when booting. Remove all of them (and CD's from drives aswell) and try again.

    bolero2004 : in SCSIConfig, what is the features of your boot partition ? SFS with 512 or 1024 of blocksize ? All partition mounted ? System partition bootable ? FFS partition not bootable ? ...

    my boot partition is SFS with 512 blocksize , yes all partition is mounted , partition with boot images is FFS not bootable

    You have to add in the startup-sequence the command
    Wait 1
    after the IPrefs line...

    This is a problem that I have whenever I make a new installation
