    OS 3.1 is there so people will ask you why you said OS 3.0.

    A guy n craigslist.org wants $130 for a powerbook with a melted cpu. He added that it had a cracked case but the crack did not effect the operation of the laptop at all.
    Say what????!!!!!

    Rumours have it MorphOS reqires a CPU, hence I would avoid a Powerbook with melted CPU.
    Honestly, have a little patience and check out the usual suspects like CL oder ebay. I think it's better to spend a few more bucks and get a flawless one - remember MorphOS has a per machine license. If the device breaks down you will have some trouble (albeit the team seems to issue new licenses rather easily), hence it's better to get a device that is unlikely to break.

    Its always risky buying it online, because people will lie about what they are selling.

    "worked great 5 years ago, when I last turned it on.. oh yeah, no pictures proving that it works. but im sure it's been quite safe here in my shed"
