I really had bad experience with Audigy .. it made my powermac freeze under MorphOS crash. I hope you did tests without that card inthere.

I have never had Morph lockup on me.
So I'd have to say this sound card does not do that.
This was the best sound card that could be gotten for Morph.

Well it should work according to the driver, I only wanted to say that mine made my Morphosmachine go nuts and that I was blaming all kinds of things but not the soundcard untill I took it out. I might have another audigy.. the one I have has a firewire port on it.

mine has the firewire port too.
there are 6 plugs and the firewire.
should be 7.1.
