I found a mac version on eBay for about $45 shipped. Not terrible but would be nice to get for less. I am asking here as we may have users with spares lying around. I don't care if it is Mac or PC version as I can flash the PC version. I'd prefer one with S-Video out. I'm in the USA so the seller would probably have to be in the USA too for shipping costs.

Anyone? If not, I'll check the flea market this weekend (fat chance) and buy one on eBay if no luck. I have PayPal funds ready if someone does have one for sale.

8500 is the best/fastest gfx board fully supported by MOS 2.7 You'll be happy with it.

    Miky060,

No offers came in here or AWN so I went ahead and bought this one from eBay. For $40 shipped it cost more than my Quicksilver! ;-)

    my opinion not a good idea ... I prefer a lot a 9200 o 9250 with 128Mb vram flashed (full supported in 2D and 3D)... or a 9600/9800 (when full supported in 2D and 3D in MorphOS3.x)

    regards

I have a 9100 I'm willing to let anyone have, but it does produce some corrupted display pixels (looks like artifacting by stays in a few limited locations).
The 9100 is a better card then the 9200 (I've used both and the 9100 is significantly better). However, 9100s are usually re-flashed with modified Mac 8500 BIOS files which limits them to 64MB of VRAM.

An 8500 is still the most powerful solution (under MorphOS) that supports 3D.
