There is a 1.5GHz G4 MacMini, the one with 64mb VRAM, on eBay right now with a starting bid of $250 and it includes the MorphOS2.7 license key.

It will most likely go up in the auction in price, but that is a great low starting asking price, considering the license key alone costs approx. $150+
