The single cpu upgrade isn't that bad priced considering it's new. Sonnets on Ebay.com are often more expensive second hand.

Well it's also available in Belgium at 209?. So if I buy this, I buy it here at that price.

178$ = 128? + 21% vat when imported = +/- 155? and then it still has to be shipped an probably I have to pay some import tax also. So in the end it will probably only be 10? cheaper. And when something is wrong with it I don't have to ship it back to the USA.

Edit; I just checked the shipping: 50$ to Belgium.

I don't think so. In the EU there's no import tax on computer parts.

So you're at 209 EUR (including shipping?) vs. 190.50 EUR (including shipping).

Well maybe it's 20 euro cheaper ... on the other hand I support a Belgian reseller. And when something is wrong with it and I need to claim waranty, it's only 30 minutes from my home.
