Yes, it is same as on the pictures on that page with only exception that what I think is S-video output on graphics card is partially covered by backplate (alignment is not good) on Radeon card that I have making it unusable. There is a blue LED between DC input and black 'on' button indicating power on/off. It is really solidly built. There aren't any other lights e.g. for disk activity.
