I have two (1.25 and 1.33) Mac Minis with MOS installed. The MOS on them is unlicensed.

They've been SATA-ized which means that the speaker was relocated next to the WiFi antenna and the SATA converter was insterted. In theory even the Mezzanine board would fit - they don't have one.
The old speaker mounts are also available if you would convert it back to IDE.

The also come with 1GB RAM, 160GB SATA (1.33GHz one) and 100GB SATA (1.25GHz one) drive and a PSU with a third party cloverleaf cable.

They have various wears and marks of past repairs (some by others some by me) but they're acceptable.
