Not only was he willing he was extremely friendly. :) I cannot disclose the price agreed upon however I think it's a fair deal.
That is indeed quite good news. Office software is what's missing most. Although I only used Wordworth and AmigaWriter in the past on Amiga (and Beckertext in the real early years) I am glad FW is saved for future now. Good move.
