With regard to Scriba, one of my favourite dialogues is the
following:
Scriba user: "The 'Del' key in your case deletes on the left of the cursor. But it should delete on the right side of the cursor."
Scriba author: "Looking at ED, I see what you mean. That's something I can change, of course."
