Just want to let you know, that the Instant-Messanger bounty
initiated at pegasosforum.de is now assigned to "MiniQ".
Look here for the the news in english:
    http://www.amiga-news.de/en/news/AN-2008-12-00094-EN.html

This bounty is listened at MZ-Bounties too, but the status
is actually not updated. (But will be in the new year..)
I hope we will get more bounties assigned when the work of
linking the MZ- and PF-bounties together is completed.

I hope everyone had a great christmas time and i wish all
of you a healthy, successfull and happy new year !

Status report from Marcin on Januray, 25:

    What is done so far:
Cleaned up code related with tlen and GaduGadu protocols,
Cleaned up GUI, and adapted for plugin engine and next following
protocols in order, like ICQ and Jabber

I working now on the engine for the plug-ins. BrainWasher will work
on 5 different platforms, so this is not an easy task to do, so probably
it will take me some time,
In the meantime - start the implementation of the ICQ protocol

    Status report from April, 30th:

Current BW status is: I have finished the Plugin support, now I must
finish relocation of the code of the supported protocols from the
core program to the plugin skeleton... I hope on the end of the
May/beginning of the June some beta version should be available for
    the tests.

Well, I have to admit this "BrainWasher" passed unnoticed to me. Regarding the (cough!) MSN protocol, will it support file transfers and other minor gimmicks? Is this implementation reverse engineered, or did Microsoft made it public?

about msn - this is from miniQ's homepage:

    BrainWasher - What is it?
BrainWasher is a instant messanger based on AmiGG sources. Early versions are
planned to have most (if not all) functionality of AmiGG. It is sure that it
will include, besides GG and Tlen protocols, Jabber, ICQ and maybe Skype (text chats).
I'm also thinking about MSN, but... time will show.API in almost
ready, an engine supprots plug-ins and skins for windows. I hope to make BrainWasher
my first serious programme available for Window users as well and compiled with amiga-
systems sources (which is some kind of curiousity).

Hmm, so you mean the recent donations in the bounty section are not updated ?
    I think they are...

    EDIT 05/07/2009:
I was wrong about the status of the recent donations. It is not automatically updated. But it will in the next few days...
