    I've just learned the hard way here, so please pay heed:

    If you have a problem with a donation and need a refund for whatever reason -- even if it is Voyager or Ibrowse causing a double charge: Please contact me first!

    Why? Because if you contact PayPal first, and it becomes an "open dispute"--I will no longer have a button to issue refunds with. I will not have a problem with issueing refunds in the first 30 days (for any reason), but if it is obvious that paypal "double dipped" - just let me know even if it is lontger than that when you realize it.

    Yes, this happened, and I don't want anyone else caught up in this kind of thing.

    Targhan, awsome to see your so up on top of things like this, but serrios sad to see that people dont contact the sender at first like there instructed to do. Although a double charge I can see why they would freak and do the opposite.

    Thanks for the encouragement ;-) I don't hold any action against anyone, I may have done the same thing after realizing that there had been a double-charge. It just saddens me that PayPal doesn't handle things like that in a better way.

    In fact, if you use Voyager, donate, and see an error message--please contact me before making another try. I would prefer to use secure buttons, but if too many people cannot use them... well, we have to do what we have to do.
