I've just learned the hard way here, so please pay heed:
If you have a problem with a donation and need a refund for whatever reason -- even if it is Voyager or Ibrowse causing a double charge: Please contact me
first!
Why? Because if you contact PayPal first, and it becomes an "open dispute"--I will no longer have a button to issue refunds with. I will not have a problem with issueing refunds in the first 30 days (for any reason), but if it is obvious that paypal "double dipped" - just let me know even if it is lontger than that when you realize it.
Yes, this happened, and I don't want anyone else caught up in this kind of thing.
