I am
still using OWB v1.25 - and ....
it w o r k s with PayPal - NO reCAPTCHA is generated.
In fact,
using OWB v1.25 with ebay I can even
use most of the ebay again - it seems
OWB v1.26 is causing some sites to request the reCAPTCHA security question(s) and remember to ask for a reCAPTCHA question
via the cookies that are saved for some sites wheras
