With x64 such a huge application would have enough CPU power. However, on x64 there would be other and probably better options for browser based apps like Google Docs.
On PPC I doubt that it will be sufficiently performant and I would also lean towards something more native like Final Writer.

Again, LibreOffice has compatibility issues, so if I can't use the spreadsheet or the presentation software with my existing files, why not focus on native software?
