On AmigaOS with graphics card the feature is useless. :) On OCS/ECS/AGA it allows to show a panel with separated colors like color palette in DeluxePaint, panel in Brilliance or ImageFX (classic version of GUI). On graphics card we have all colors on screen so we don't have to use this classic "trick".
I don't see any useful features of dragging screens. Drag and drop from one screen to another is not comfortable because part of a screen is not available when is moved.
