I wonder why people wish that development should be started for things which are either already there

Well, people have been whispering about MOS 1.5 TCP/IP stack for much more than a year and where is it? Maybe it's as close as the rumors say, and maybe it isn't. I think TCP/IP would be a good bounty, but there could be some rule that says if it gets bundled in MOS 1.5 release, then the bounty money could be moved over to another MOS bounty by the bounty managers. Or if donators don't like that it could be turned over to
Amizilla project. In fact Amizilla could be your all-purpose bounty of second resort for collected funds if the MOS bounties don't take off for some reason or if the bounty managers get sick of it or move or something.
On a similar thought to yours however I don't like the redundancy between Amizilla and a MorphOS browser bounty. Amizilla has a bigger bounty for the same general thing. So if MOS is going to have a browser bounty it should be more specific, like "MOS-native IBrowse" or "functioning Atlantis" or whatever the heck that old datatype-based browser was that was recovered from the dead four-year-old hard-drive, dust that off and bring it to speed, have a specific bounty for that.
