Indeed. But please note that, despite the available source code and documentation, this is propriatery technology that is not free for all to use without a license. MorphOS is also a closed source, propriatery, commercial operating system. So IMHO this whole idea depends on whether MorphOS can make use of Genesi's license for these patents (and I don't know where this puts AROS or OS4):
