I was just cleaning my DropBox and I forgot that I took that picture some time ago in Ireland. I wonder did they ask MorphOS Team if they can use that picture ;)

So let's call them and ask to do that, otherwise they can go f* themselves if ASiegel didn't give any permission to use it.

Or Option C: they can pay ASiegel an agreed price to use the image.

I am sure they did not hesitate to pay the company who build the following swing sign for them...

I'd say they definitely owe you Andre.
    Unauthorized use of a image.
What would they have had to pay a professional photographer for that image?

I do. I just meant to emphasize for other readers that this is not just about somebody using an image somewhere on a website.

Actually, Gooogle even offers a "Search By Image" feature that allows to upload an image so Google can compare it to others in its vast image database.

I'm merely saying that variations of this image have been circulating on the WWW since November 2010 at the latest. In order to make any assumptions concerning potential unlawful acts I'd need more information than I have at hand right now.
