@all
Thanks to everyone who ran these tests,
but I could still do with tests from people with MorphOS 3.3 & below (even MOS 2.x if possible)! AND ALSO from Power Mac & Efika machines. Summary of above test results so far:Test 4 (SEU win) had missing sound effects on MOS 3.4 with PowerBook G4+Radeon 9700 (dekanyz), MOS 3.5 with Mac Mini G4+Radeon 9200 (Andreas_W), MOS 3.5.1 with Power Mac G4+Radeon 9000 (eliot) & MOS 3.5 with PowerBook G4+Radeon 9600M Pro (boot_wb).
Test 5 (SEU vsync) had music problems on MOS 3.5 with Mac Mini G4+Radeon 9200 (Andreas_W), missing sound effects on MOS 3.5 with Pegasos2+Radeon 9200 (Amigaharry2).
Test 6 (SOTB) had graphics sync glitches on MOS 3.6beta with iBook G4+Radeon 9550 (Kronos) & MOS 3.5 with Mac Mini G4+Radeon 9200 (Andreas_W).
Except for those above cases, these tests worked on:MOS 3.4 with PowerBook G4+Radeon 9700 (dekanyz)
MOS 3.5 with Mac Mini G4+Radeon 9200 (Andreas_W)
MOS 3.5 with Pegasos2+Radeon 9200 (Amigaharry2)
MOS 3.5 with PowerBook G4+Radeon 9600M Pro (boot_wb)
MOS 3.5.1 with Power Mac G4+Radeon 9000 (eliot)
MOS 3.6beta with iBook G4+Radeon 9550 (Kronos)
Nothing working except Test 1 (clock):MOS 3.3 with Pegasos2 G3+Radeon 9200 (r-tea)
MOS 3.5 with Efika+Radeon 9200SE (Amigaharry2)
I don't see this problem on my Efika, but it runs MOS 2.x (need to try updating later).
Tentative conclusions:I'd still like test results for MorphOS 3.3 & earlier (and even MOS 2.x), as well as Power Mac & Efika machines.
Hard to draw anything definitive, but all tests were done with MorphOS 3.4+, and I am only using MOS 3.2, so my next step should be to update to MOS 3.5. The wide range of machines & graphics cards suggest they are irrelevant (thankfully). OTOH, eliot has the machine closest to mine (Power Mac albiet with MOS 3.5) and sees almost no problems, so maybe I won't see any problems either...
Andreas_W's music problem seems to be isolated (and possibly subjective), so I'll ignore it for the moment...
SOTB only seems to have graphics glitches for a couple of people. Really need more 'bad' test results before I can guess why this might be so.
EDIT: Included r-tea's (and Amigaharry2's Efika) results from below.
