It was supposed to ship with 4.2, but decided to ship it with a special version of 4.1 because they where too far behind schedule, and with some extra hardware to make up for the parts that wasn't supported. Maybe some people pre-ordered it before knowing these facts, but what I've read A-Eon did tell people they could cancel their orders because of this.
It simply doesn`t comply to EU and UK regulations, no matter what do you say or write. You just cannot sell "product" with a "promise"
