I don't use Facebook, but I was looking it into Twitter a bit. Unfortunately, to make a Twitter .sbar, you have to make a full-fledged client basically, with all the required stuff like OAuth Login, registering your client at Twitter, implementing all the networking stuff, and so on. And then there comes the fun stuff too, like sending images, etc, which needs quite some GUI work.
There are some Twitter libraries out there to use tho', which greatly simplifies the work, but I wouldn't go for an .sbar, but rather a full-client, which in turn has some features accessible via an .sbar. Especially when it's a paid bounty. Only if I had time...
