I know this must be something silly, but I hevn't been able to change the view of the directories or folders in my Work: partition.

I tried snapshots of Icons, Window and ALL, but it still reverts to List by default. What am I missing?

You have to snapshot the window... but you must have an icon file because that's where the settings are stored.
And if you want to snapshot the root directory of your Work: volume then you must have a Work:disk.info icon file.
