Genesi does not help AROS in any way developing AROS on x86 or any other CPU for that matter! they have kindly donated a Pegasos to have AROS ported to it but as of now thats all.

AROS1.0? if you read our to-do lists before 1.0 (i guess you havent) you would know that we have a LONG way to go before that happens! however AROS will be usefull long before 1.0 is reached.

    Hi!

We have offered the AROS Team a site like the MorphOS Developer Connection , the OpenBSD Developer Connection, or the Gladiateur Game development site. The AROS Team does not have to put all their resources on the site, but at least link to them. We are willing to host this site and pay someone from the AROS Team to maintain it and be the Genesi Ambassador to the AROS Team. We thought it sounded like a good deal all around, but we suppose some think we have an ulterior motive beyond selling more Pegasos IIs, but we do not...:-)

    Cheers!

    R&B

P.S. The OpenBSD site will be fully functional in November. The OpenBSD released will be OpenBSD 3.4 based, since Nov 1, 2003 is the official release date of OpenBSD 3.4.
