    There never was such thing. The memory types you mention are Chip, Fast and Rangermem, which was added by some A500 memory boards and the 512KB extension of the A2000A model.

    Rangermem was simply very slow, so it got low priority on usage.

    Sure one could create a 2.0GB ram disk using the rest of the memory, but I donĀ“t think its worth the time required to create a proper driver.
