Just watched Kronos presentation (Edit: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0Y5oIkeAtTQ) of his Steam Draw application, which I have not tried yet but looks very nice indeed. And Odyssey happily shows the SVG-images he throws at it. As it should, when the XML is correct!

And then at 15 minutes or so in the video, he shows the new dock/panel system!

Good video, has got me interested in Steamdraw and it's good to see the new panels coming to fruition. I'd played with a demo previously, but never got to grips with all the changes (eg it took me a while to find the prefs!).
The crash/rebooot had me laughing along with everyone else at BB though. ;-)

Edit: the "Rundgang" (walkaround) video was cool as well (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rMRXnI7q-QY)! Looks really nice and kind of cozy! A kind of gathering I would love to go to myself!

Atmosphere seemed great from the walkaround - was surprised to see so many people/systems (was that an A1X1K?). Might have to see if I can scrpae the cash together for next year (and practise my German).

Edit: Carsten Siegner's presentation http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CettdXUh5bc) I never really got a clue about. My language barrier was too high there. It seems kind of interesting though from time to time, but what was it *really* about, can someone please tell?

My German is no doubt rustier than yours, but the Scriba demonstration was self-explanatory for the most part. Good to see image resizing/rotation available (the user interface looks great for that, and it's something I need for document creation) and text-wrapping - both smooth and intuitive - great work Carsten, Scriba is coming on in leaps and bounds. Expect a Christmas bonus from me for that ;-).

Fell asleep just after putting Geit's presentation on (no offense Geit, I was just very tired) so will watch that later.

Video #5 seems to be from 2010, just posted this year.

Many thanks to whoever was driving the camera, and to all attendees. Hope everyone had a good time.
