    He kind of looks like a Frost-Bitten version of that tin-can-dustbin living character in Seasame Street!!!! Cant think of his name. Hes green and lives in the dustbin. Grouch or something.

    [EDIT] Cheers Targhan! The character I was thinking of is Oscar the Grouch! hehe. knew I had it at least partly right.....!!
