Apparently EUAE-JIT donations are a bad idea :-/

I can`t remember where but on one of the Amiga forums or maybe even OSnews or something, someone said I was an idiot for contributing to EUAE-JIT.
If anyone sees it or knows where it is could you let me know so I can send them a rude message :D

    do·na·tion

    n.
    1. The act of giving to a fund or cause.
    2. A gift or grant.

That does sound devilish act. Shame on you :)

Well - I guess it might seem peculiar to a completely self-centered person...

    This is really sad!
I think your efforts earn great respect!
Hopefully EUAE-JIT will be done soon.
I happened to read some of the postings at the site linked above and I was disillusioned somehow.
In the past few weeks I only consulted morphzone, org to learn about the newly released MorphOS 3.0/3.1 and finally decided to get a mac mini and register MorphOS to give it a try. Part of this decision was made on my impression how nice and helpful the community is here. I was hoping that most present day Amiga supporters are like this. Seems not to be the case...
    Anyways...
I'm happy to be here and I have a lot of fun with MorphOS! It really brings back lots of memories and opens perspectives instead of feeling like a dead end.
I'm also glad that there are ppl here who encourage further developement with their donations and others who appreaciate these donations. Thank you for your efforts Fraggle!
    Kind regards

I applaud you Fraggle as i wish i could do what you do to help and encourage this OS ot move forward and without people like you, people like me would just be sitting at a windows pc using winuae instead of having great fun using MorphOS.
I can only say well done and a big THANK YOU to you.

Many (most) people applaud your generous donations (that costs *them* nothing at all), so don't let some fool get to you! :-)

    @Fraggle,

Never waste your time by visiting or responding to anything on MooBunny site.

Learn from nebulus post in this thread that negative comments ALWAYS backfire and hurt the platform that the negative poster is trying to support by posting something bad about the other platforms.

Positive and friendly posts that are supportive of MorphOS3.1 work to gain us more users and third party programmers, not bashing of other operating systems, or hardware that MorphOS3.1 does not run on, or have anything to do with. I have many other examples of this same effect, where users and programmers are turned away from the platform that a forum poster is trying to support with negative comments. It is just like politics, no one likes negative tactics used to promote their viewpoint and opinions.

I and many other users applaud your donations and continued support, so don't let any jealous remarks, or ignorance turn you away from the good work you have done.

When your donations pay off with the completion of the programming work that they have helped to fund, I think you will see even more appreciation of your donations by many people who benefit from the completed code.
