Fabrication has started. And it seems there has been some renaming and diversification going on:
RAD5500 is still the radiation-hardened e5500 core. RAD5545 is still the name of both the RAD5500-based quad-core SoC and the SpaceVPX SBC based on the RAD5545 SoC. RAD510 is the new name of both the RAD5500-based single-core SoC (previously RAD5510/RAD5515) and the new cPCI SBC based on the RAD510 SoC.
