How to contact MorphOS team concerning payment activation/is

    How can I contact the MorphOS team concerning an issue with my registration key and payment?
    My PayPal account is not the same one that I used to register while installing MorphOS 3.0. How can I avoid a mismatch and make sure I receive my key on time?
    MacMini G4 1.5GHz with MorphOS 3.9 FPGA MiST w/AmigaOS 3.9 (PFS3), FPGA Replay w/AmigaOS3.9, Amiga 1200 SCSI CD-RW, X-SURF 100 w/Rapidroad USB, External FDD with Chinon and Gotek units and Acer Aspire One ICAROS

    As long as you have provided correct user information and email address in the registration, it should be no real problem to identify the payment, no matter what paypal account you use after registration.

    What is the usual waiting time to receive the registration key?

    I can't wait to start playing with MorphOS :-)

    Hello WeiXing,

    I had a less than in one hour turn around time (from payment to key file). I was suitably impressed :-D. I've read elsewhere that others received theirs real quick, too.

    afaik, it's not automated, it requires a personal entrance, just give it some time, it will be okay, not everybody is connected 24/7... In my case it sometimes also took few days...

    When I bought mine, a year ago, I had it fast enough. Also you are from a different time zone, they might be in bed.
