Youo need to 'burn image to disc' and select morphos-3.0.iso as the source/image/whatever-your-program-calls-it.
Make sure you don't just copy the .iso onto the CD as a 'file'.
Ignore morphosboot appearing on your desktop, that just means whatever-os-you-are-using has mounted your .iso as a virtual disc, allowing you to see the contents of the .iso as if it were already on a disk in your DVD drive.
EDIT: It's been a while since I used CD/RWs (bring back the floppy disk!), but don't you have to 'Erase' them to free up space, rather than just deleting the existing files?
Whichever-cd-burning-program-you-are-using should list this as an option somewhere if it has correctly recognised your disk as a CD/RW.
