Not really the same. If someone shots a portrait of me he/she cannot do anything publically with that picture w/o my permission. If I put up a portrait of mine to facebook, fb can do with that picture whatever they want. If they launch a new campaign featuring my picture I cannot do anything against it. With signing the EULA I gave FB my permission. I gav eup my exclusive right.
I consider facebook as problematic and hence will not join. I am not afraid of the CIA or conspiracy, but that place (fb) is just too dangerous/uncalculatable.
